How should I care for my B-pulse products?
B-pulse is designed with durability in mind, but proper care will help to extend the life and performance of your products.

How can I clean or sanitize B-pulse products between clients?
B-pulse is waterproof and can be cleaned by gently scrubbing with soap and water. Dry with a soft towel or cloth.
You can also wipe clean with a sanitizing wipe. Ensure that B-pulse is free of any cleaning solutions that may irritate the skin before using.
Always make sure chargers are disconnected during cleaning or whenever B-pulse may come into contact with liquids. B-pulse must be dried thoroughly before connecting to chargers.
Can I remove the wristbands from B-pulse or use my own watchbands?
B-pulse features removable quick release wristbands. B-pulse can be connected to any universal 20mm watchband with a quick release clasp.
What is the difference between Resourcing Mode and EMDR Therapy Mode?
EMDR Therapy Mode offers full control over B-pulse’s vibration speed. This mode is ideal for those who require faster bilateral stimulation settings, including professional Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapists.
Resourcing Mode offers bilateral stimulation settings designed to promote calm and nervous system regulation. It is intended for therapists to use with clients during “resourcing,” or for individual at-home use. This mode also features relaxing bilateral music that syncs with B-pulse’s vibrations.
IMPORTANT: If using B-pulse results in strong or distressing emotions, thoughts or physical sensations, discontinue use and consult a licensed medical or mental healthcare provider before proceeding.
Do I need a smartphone to use B-pulse?
B-pulse may be used without a smartphone, however the feature set will be limited. Without connecting to the Bumble BLS app for iOS and Android, B-pulse can run five presets. To access these presets, simply power B-pulse on and press either power button to cycle through. Pairing with the app is strongly recommended to get the most out of your purchase.
Can I use the Bumble BLS app with my iPad or tablet?
The Bumble BLS app is not currently supported on iPads or other tablets. We expect to add this feature with future updates.
Do I need headphones to use the audio features?
Bilateral audio features are designed to be heard by only one ear at a time. For best results, use headphones, although stereo speakers may also be used. Bilateral audio will not work properly through mono speaker outputs, including most built-in smartphone and tablet speakers.
