Powering On

If you are having difficulty powering on your B-Pulse products, first make sure the units are fully charged. The LEDs on both units should flash during charging and remain steady when charging is complete.

If the battery has been depleted for an extended period of time, B-Pulse may require precharging to reactivate LEDS.

If the LEDs do not light up after 10 minutes of charging, try moving to a different outlet or USB connection. If B-Pulse is still unable to charge, please contact support.

Connecting to Bluetooth

To connect to Bluetooth for wireless control, first make sure your B-Pulse is in pairing mode.  Enter pairing mode by holding the power buttons on both units until they begin flashing. Next, open the Bumble BLS app on your smartphone or tablet and select the mode you wish to use. Then tap the Bluetooth icon to show devices available for pairing and choose B-Pulse.

If B-Pulse is in pairing mode and does not appear on the list of available devices, check the settings on your smartphone or tablet and make sure Bluetooth is enabled. If B-Pulse still does not appear, move the units closer to the device you are pairing with.

If your smartphone or tablet is already connected to another device via Bluetooth, try disconnecting before attempting to pair B-Pulse.

It is also important that the B-Pulse app and your smartphone or tablet’s operating system is up to date. If problems persist, please contact support.

Setting Vibrations

B-Pulse has three parameters for customizing bilateral vibrations, Speed, Duration and Intensity.

  • Speed controls the amount of time in milliseconds between vibrations. Increasing the Speed shortens the time between vibrations so that they occur more rapidly.
  • Duration controls how long the vibration itself lasts. Raising the Duration increases the length of the vibrations in milliseconds.
  • Intensity controls how powerful the vibrations are on a scale of 0 to 100 percent. The vibrations will be barely felt at 0% and strongest at 100%.

These three parameters work together to determine the overall feel of the bilateral vibrations.

A slow Speed combined with a long Duration will feel slowest, while a fast Speed with a short Duration will feel fastest. As a rule of thumb, increasing the duration will make the B-Pulse’s top speed feel slower.

  • Slow Speed + Long Duration = Slow
  • Slow Speed + Short Duration = Medium
  • Fast Speed + Long Duration = Medium
  • Fast Speed + Short Duration = Fast

Using Audio

If you are unable to hear bilateral tones or music, make sure silent mode is disabled on your device. If sounds are still not audible, try raising the volume on your device.

For best results, the audio features should be experienced with headphones. Stereo speakers may also be used.

Vibration Issues

To improve performance, do not scroll while in use. This issue is in the process of being fixed. On fast settings, there is sometimes a set that is faster than the others.
